Basic VB.Net/WPF Ribbon based Open Source image viewer for Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Supports bmp, gif, ico, jpg, jpeg, png and tiff image formats.
Image.Viewer also supports printing, zooming in/out and rotating images.
